Pelleted Activated Carbon - Gas: Product Data from Selective Adsorption Associates, Inc.

These are all virgin grades of pelletized activated carbon made from bituminous coal. You can select from a wide range of activity levels. The 3mm and 4mm pellet diameters are the most popular for vapor-phase applications, since they represent an optimum of adsorption kinetics and low pressure drop for most applications. We typically use the 3mm size for air filter panels. Both 3mm and 4mm sizes are used in solvent recovery applications, depending on the adsorber size and desired throughput of solvent laden air.

We can reactivate your used, non-hazardous activated carbons. Our unique, patented, reactivation process can restore your carbon to like-new activity, with a minimum of losses as fines.
